The incident took place at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday during the Eagles’ 22-10 playoff victory over the Packers. A viral video captured Ryan Caldwell, an Eagles fan, aggressively shouting offensive slurs at a female Packers fan simply for cheering on her team.

Caldwell was seen bending over, cupping his hands over his mouth, and yelling:

“She’s an ugly, dumb cunt. You gonna do anything? Then shut the fuck up, turn around, watch the game.”

Just hours after the video surfaced online, internet users quickly identified Caldwell. The most ironic revelation? He was a project manager at BCT Partners, a consulting firm specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) services.

Fans were quick to highlight the hypocrisy:

Following public backlash, BCT Partners swiftly terminated Caldwell and issued an official statement:

Lifetime Stadium Ban

On top of losing his job, Caldwell was handed a lifetime ban from Lincoln Financial Field. After reviewing the footage, stadium officials made the decision to prohibit him from attending any future events at the venue.
