Kayleigh McEnany has a new title to add to her résumé: mom of three.
The former White House press secretary and current Outnumbered co-host welcomed her third child with husband Sean Gilmartin, a baby girl named Avery Grace. The proud parents shared the joyful news on Instagram alongside photos of the growing family and a touching message that placed their faith—and family—firmly in the spotlight.
“Blake and Nash love their baby sister, and we are enjoying this beautiful time in life,” McEnany wrote, referencing the couple’s two older children: daughter Blake, 5, and son Nash, 2.
The announcement marks a full-circle moment in what McEnany had earlier described as a “special time for the whole family.” Since revealing her pregnancy in March, she’s kept fans updated through heartfelt posts that blended scripture with snapshots of family life. In keeping with that theme, McEnany included Psalm 139:13–14 in her announcement:
“For you created my inmost being… I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
The verse reflects a strong faith McEnany has shared publicly throughout her career—from the press briefing room to primetime panels on FOX News—and continues to be a foundation in her family life.
Sibling Excitement (and Cupcake Crumbs)
Older sister Blake, described by McEnany as “the most excited,” reportedly ran up to her mom’s belly daily to kiss the baby in the weeks leading up to Avery’s arrival. Nash, at two years old, is making the leap from baby of the house to proud middle child. With three kids now under six, life for the McEnany-Gilmartin household just got a lot busier—and even more joyful.
Viewers of Outnumbered got a preview of the family’s excitement in June, when a live gender reveal on air featured Blake’s delighted squeal—instantly going viral and offering a rare glimpse into McEnany’s family-first approach to public life.
Love Story with a Baseball Twist
Their journey began with a simple message.
Back in 2015, McEnany—then a Harvard Law student—slid into Sean Gilmartin’s DMs. The former New York Mets pitcher soon became her husband. They tied the knot in 2017 in a Florida ceremony filled with friends, family, and more than a few baseball caps.
Since then, the couple’s story has unfolded across multiple milestones:
2019: Daughter Blake is born.
2022: Son Nash joins the family.
2025: Avery Grace completes the trio—making it an “even match,” as McEnany jokes, for her FOX News show Outnumbered.
“Life’s Most Important Headline”
Though McEnany hasn’t yet revealed a return date for Outnumbered, she told colleagues she’s focused on “life’s most important headline” for now: Avery. It’s a sentiment that resonates with fans who’ve followed her from the White House podium to the news desk, many of whom have praised her commitment to balancing career, faith, and family.
Co-host Emily Compagno shared the news on Monday’s episode of Outnumbered, welcoming Avery as “the newest member of the Outnumbered family” before FOX aired a short montage of Kayleigh and Sean holding their newborn daughter.
With McEnany, 37, currently on maternity leave, there’s no official word on when she’ll be back behind the desk. But if past patterns hold, viewers can expect a return later this year—complete with scripture quotes, sharp analysis, and maybe even a baby photo or two.
Faith, Family, and the McEnany Way
For Kayleigh McEnany, this chapter is about more than diapers and night feeds—it’s a continuation of a faith-centered, family-oriented journey she’s chosen to share with millions. Her approach—unapologetically open about her beliefs, grounded in motherhood, and fiercely committed to her work—has built a loyal following and made her one of the most recognizable voices on FOX News.
Now, as she navigates life with three little ones, she’s not just outnumbered on air—she’s outnumbered at home, too. And she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Congratulations to Kayleigh, Sean, Blake, Nash, and baby Avery Grace.
